Family beginnings
Hairdressing runs through Damian’s family. His grandfather—a barber who opened his own shop after leaving the Air Force—was his earliest influence.

Learning the discipline
After beginning in Plymouth, Damian moved into London salon life. An assistant position at Trevor Sorbie became an exacting education in technical discipline, consistency and craft.

Stage, screen & fashion
The wider career has included the BRIT Awards, Pop Idol, work with Robbie Williams and Sting, London Fashion Week, various rock bands, and creative campaigns and publications. Work across the UK, Canada and New York broadened that experience further.
